Nexlane provides website design, website development, landing pages, website hosting, maintenance, and related digital services.

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• A project will only commence once the agreed payment has been received.

• Monthly services are billed in advance.
• Invoices are payable on or before the due date.
• Late payments may result in the suspension of services until payment has been received.

• Clients are responsible for providing all required content, logos, images, and information necessary for the completion of their website.
• Delays in providing content may delay project completion.

• Ownership of the completed website design and content transfers to the client once all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
• Nexlane retains ownership of any proprietary development tools, templates, or code libraries used during development.

• Where a maintenance plan is purchased, Nexlane will provide updates and reasonable technical support within the scope of the selected package.
• Additional work outside the agreed package may be quoted separately.

While every effort is made to ensure reliable services, Nexlane shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party hosting failures, internet outages, or software issues beyond our reasonable control.
